x ALLOCATIONS operates as an Introducing Broker to the Regulated Broker Dealer and does not execute trades, provide financial advice, or hold client assets. Instead, it offers support services to facilitate customer relationships with the Regulated Broker Dealer and the use of its electronic trading system. Services are subject to the Regulated Broker Dealer's and x ALLOCATIONS' general terms and conditions, available on its website.

Areas & Age Restrictions

x ALLOCATIONS does not provide services to residents of the United States or other restricted areas. Customers using our services must be at least 20 years of age. In addition, our service is not monitored by the Japan Financial Services Agency, and we are not involved in solicitation or provision of financial products to residents of Japan.

Risk Warning

Online trading in financial instruments such as stocks, options, futures, foreign exchange, and bonds carries a high risk of loss. Trading derivatives, including options and futures, margin trading, covered short selling, and option writing, involves significant risk and is suitable only for experienced investors with a high risk tolerance.
